Partners with parents in shepherding children ages birth through PreK. We provide foundational biblical truths with preschoolers while parents attend worship activities and Connect Groups. To serve, you must be an EBC member, submit a background check, and have a desire to point Preschoolers toward Jesus.

Members of the Preschool Ministry:

Connect Groups are the hub of our ministry to children, grades K-5, and their parents. These groups are the primary way kids become connected to the life of the church as they begin to learn the Word of God and walk with Jesus together with their leaders and friends. 

Members of the Kid's Connect Groups:

On Wednesday nights, our leader guides groups of children as they participate in Large Group times, small group discipleship, and structured game times with their peers. 

Members of the EBC Kids Club:

There are opportunities year-round to serve our children and their families at special events like VBS, Summer Camp, or one-time outreach events like Christmas, Easter, or the July 4th Freedom Celebration.

Members of the Children's Ministry Special Events:

By partnering with parents, the Student Ministry looks to equip and encourage students to be whole disciples of Jesus through many means from Sunday morning Connect Groups to Wednesday night MidWeek, events, missions trips, service opportunities, and Milestone training.

We equip and encourage 18-25 year-olds to be whole disciples of Jesus, through in-home Connect Groups, events, mission trips, International student Ministries, service opportunities, and Milestone training. 

Members of the College & Career Ministry:

Connect Group leadership is a partnership involving several members of a group working together to ensure that outreach, teaching, ministry, fellowship, and discipleship are effectively carried out in the group. 

Members of the Adult Connect Groups:

Provides a full range of support for our Global Partners to include: reporting and facilitating the flow of information from the Global Partner, providing prayer support, blessings and encouragement for special calendar dates and logistical support while partners are state-side.

While working behind the scenes during Worship Celebrations, and events, this team makes it possible for the message to not only be seen but also heard, both locally and around the world, through a broad range of technical offerings.

Members of the Audio/Visual Media Ministry:

Team members are assigned on a rotational basis and assist baptism candidates as they prepare for baptism:  Duties may include:  assisting candidates in getting ready, praying with them, and cleaning up the area following baptism.

Members of the Baptism Team:

This team blesses EBC families who are grieving the loss of a loved one by, preparing and serving food for these families.

What we do is not about performance. Our focus is to worship to an Audience of ONE and give praise and glory to the Lord Jesus, who gave His life for us.

Members of the Choir & Orchestra Team:

There are several opportunities for volunteers to serve in the church office during weekday office hours including assisting with administrative projects and receptionist duties.

Decorate the EBC campus for Christmas, Easter, banquets, and special events that are held throughout the year.

Members of the Decorating Team:

Prepare and serve a variety of food items for receptions, meetings, and special events held at EBC.

Members of the Food Services Team:

Our Guest Services Ministry offers assistance from the “street to the seat.”  We want to make each guest and member feel welcomed on our campus and provide them with ministry opportunities, small group connections, and worship information.

Members of the Guest Services Team:

The Lord’s Supper Team assists with preparations before the Worship Celebration, as well as after Worship to clean the supplies used during each Lord’s Supper observation.

The EBC Medial Team’s primary goal is to provide on-campus care during a medical event until first responders arrive, ministering physically and spiritually to individuals. 

This team serves on a rotational schedule and assists at the “Next Steps” tables, as well as encouraging those who express a spiritual commitment following a Worship Celebration or event.

Can our city trust us with prayer?  Whether it is our Stop to Pray Ministry, Sunday Prayer Warriors, or our Online Prayer Wall, our prayer ministry fortifies EBC as a house of prayer (Isaiah 56:7).

The primary goal of our Security Team is to enhance Englewood’s ability to demonstrate a sense of hospitality and friendship to members and guests through their campus-wide visual oversight during Worship Celebrations and ministry opportunities.

A dependable team who sets the stage for Englewood to offer continual ministry opportunities on campus. Their main goal is to provide inviting, equipped rooms and facilities, so the Gospel of Jesus is proclaimed throughout Englewood to members and guests.

Our Van Ministry is dedicated to providing transportation for those who would otherwise not be able to attend the activities and Worship Celebrations at EBC.  The more drivers and assistants we have, the more blessings abound!

Members of the Prayer Ministry:

EBC is hosting Victory Readers, a summer school for English as a Second Language for Pre-K, Elementary, and Middle School Students, at Victoria En Cristo Baptist Church in Battleboro. You do NOT need to speak Spanish to volunteer.

Teacher (no certification is necessary), Assistant, Discipleship, Music, Craft/activity, Food, Transportation

To ensure that every club member is on track to graduate from high school while demonstrating good character, citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle.
