Since our mission is to win the lost and develop the saved, evangelism is a priority at Englewood Baptist Church. We have two primary means of evangelism through the week:

G.R.O.W. stands for God Rewards Our Work.
G.R.O.W. is a comprehensive outreach program designed to carry out the Great Commission of Jesus Christ by touching the lives of people in our community.

During G.R.O.W., members may choose to write letters and cards, make visits, make phone calls or pray. Through G.R.O.W. we minister to church members, those who visit our church, as well as those in our community. We write cards and letters for illness, sympathy, birthdays and anniversaries, or to convey that we are thinking about them and praying for their needs. G.R.O.W. members visit recent visitors to our church, the sick, as well as homebound members and others in our community. We take information to recent visitors. Phone calls are made to check on members who are homebound or recovering from surgery or an illness.

G.R.O.W. Schedule
G Team First Monday of the month
R Team Second Monday of the month
O Team Third Tuesday of the month
W Team Fourth Thursday of the month

G.R.O.W. teams meet every Tuesday evening at 6:00 pm in the EDGE.  If you don’t know which G.R.O.W. team you are on, please see your Bible Fellowship Group Leader to find out what team your group has been assigned.
G.R.O.W. members are asked to commit to just one evening a month.
Please contact Tracey Watson in the Missions & Outreach office for more information.
